Try Manitou for Free
Bring your son for a free one-day experience at Manitou to discover what camp is really like. He’ll get to try activities, meet other campers, have lunch, take a tour, and even go on a boat ride on the lake!
Fantasy Camp
First Session
First Session offers plenty of quality instruction, exciting trips, and some big camp events for campers who cannot stay for the full 7 weeks. Campers are grouped with others from the same session and grade, ensuring that new campers will experience the energy, excitement, and nerves of their first summer at camp together.
Second Session
After First Session campers have left, while Full Session campers are away on their big trip, Second Session Campers get the entire camp to themselves for the first 24 hours of their stay. It’s the perfect time for new campers to adjust and settle in before the fun really begins, including big events like College League Pres Nite and Color War. Second Session campers are grouped together and warmly welcomed by campers and staff alike. No wonder Second Session is so great for both new and veteran campers!
Full Session
Camp gets better the longer a camper is there. Skills become more ingrained and friendships grow closer as campers settle into a healthy, active routine for the entire summer. Full-season campers enjoy everything Manitou has to offer, including an amazing camp trip during half-session changeover. Little wonder more than 90% of full season campers return for the most rewarding session offered.
